A Good Computer!
To burn music onto an MP3 player from a computer, attach the device to the computer via the USB cable. Once the computer has detected the MP3 player, go to the file or folder on your computer where the music is stored, then cut and paste, or copy and paste the files. You can select multiple MP3 files at a time by holding down the Ctrl button. Go to My Computer and open the external device folder, then paste the files into it.

If you are talking about the Ipod Touch then you can either play the music from itunes your media player or library that you stored the music in...but other wise if it is not your computer I don't think you can.... sorry ://
You plug in the music device to your computer, using the [most likely white] USB. iTunes will come up if it's an iPod. You download songs from the internet (LIMEWIRE IS A VIRUS), then drag them to whatever play list on your iPod. If you want movies and videos, you need Windows Media Player. It might require a download, so try to be prepared with a scan! Well, if it's not an iPod, sorry.
Music can be transfered from a PS3 to an eclipse mp3 player by transfering your music via USB to your computer, and from the computer via USB to your eclipse mp3 player.
