What is the best conditioner for biracial curly hair...I have very curly thick hair and its so dry what oils or leave-in conditioners are the best..And is it okay to use a relaxer to loosen my curls?

There are several conditioners you can use. You can use a leave in conditioner or you can use regular conditioner and leave it in your hair. Tresemme makes some good products. Try the Tresemme naturals line. The Shampoo has low sulfates helps to keep your of being stripped of it's natural oils. The conditioner has no silicones in it. You can rinse it out or leave it in.
