There are several conditioners you can use. You can use a leave in conditioner or you can use regular conditioner and leave it in your hair. Tresemme makes some good products. Try the Tresemme naturals line. The Shampoo has low sulfates helps to keep your of being stripped of it's natural oils. The conditioner has no silicones in it. You can rinse it out or leave it in. The tresemme Flawless Curls curl hydrating lotion cream works great combined with the tresemme bouncy Curls hair gel. The gel is 100% alcohol free.

Also try the Mixed Chicks leave in conditioner. It's more expensive but it is worth it!
