Criminal justice
Let's be honest here: NOBODY with a criminal record has a good chance at a job or profession, if someone of equal abilitywithout a criminal record, also applies for it.Do not listen to this person, I have a felony and had a drug addiction problem, and guess what...I made my career out of it! Go back to school, and get a psychology degree, get your CAC1 then 2 then three, and help people get clean and sober! Best of luck!
yes you can just because your wife has a record does not mean that you become a cop but first go to an academy and get your degree and you are on your way
no a felony is yours to keep for the rest of your life
It is a felony in all states. A felony is a crime for which you can go to prison for a year or more, or be executed.
Nooo only the ones YOU do!:)
No, a felony will not ever go away unless a persons record has been expunged. A person would have to go to a district court and ask for a record to be expunged.
If you are found innocent then nothing goes on your record.
Easy go out and commit a felony, confess to it and make sure its a bad one like a second degree felony or worse.
Felony convictions don't "go away". You cannot be discriminated against for having a felony on your record for "most jobs".
If he is only charged with a felony it won't follow him. If he is convicted on a felony it will stay on his record unless he has it expunged.
Your adult criminal record is a permanent party of your criminal history. It does not "go away."
It doesn't go away. You get a felony (or misdemeanor) conviction on your adult record, it's on there for life. Even juvenile convictions don't simply go away - the records just get sealed when you turn 18.
