Pair this with a skirt that goes slightly above the knees (a perk of having short legs is that you can get away with wearing shorter skirts without looking slutty)- No long skirts or skirts that cut off at the calf - it will slice you in half and make you look like muffin in a curtain.
No boots that end midcalf either- opt for boots that end below or above the calf
If you want dressy shoes that pair with pants, there is one rule- height height height! No one is looking at your shoes, so you can wear a monotone, comfortable chunky heel (ie black platforms) and cover it with a long elegant pantleg.
