What is the best eyeliner for a 13 yr old with dark brown eyes wearing mascara concealer sometimes silver eyeliner besides black?

Kay. black eyeliner is best with brown eyes, but you could try dark brown. To do your left eye, hold the skin right next to the edge of your eye. Stretch it toward the left as far as you can. Then, apply it gently to the edge of your upper eyelid. If you get yourself in the eye with it, tilt your head back so that if they water, it'll go out the side and is easier to fix. Make a thin line below your lower lash. Same on the right side, except stretch your eye the other way. This is just my opinion, since I am 14 and have dark brown eyes. With our colour eyes, black looks best. But careful, if you use too dark of a black it may look like it has a blue-ish tint. My favorite eyeliner is Arist Eye Pencil by Estee Lauder. I understand that teenagers don't have a lot of money. But this eyeliner is worth it.

If you mean what makeup you should definitely use like eyeliner, mascara, lipstick etc. I would say you should definitely use mascara and concealer. Mascara because it makes the biggest difference in the way your eyes look -it opens them up and makes them appear larger- and concealer because it covers up things like pimples, scars, etc. If you were asking what makeup lines are a must I would say MAC and Revlon. MAC has a vast variety of products and a wide color palette and Revlon is very good for your skin and is very long-lasting.
