Mice do best with a mixture of grains and seeds, with about 11% protein from things like nuts, sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seeds. This is my mix:
2 cups rolled oats
2 cups rolled rye
2 cups spelt cereal flakes
1 cup buckwheat groats
1 cup yellow millet
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
8-ounce box dried cranberries (sometimes)

We like to eat bird seed, couch cushions, leftover food in people rooms, and olives. Occasionally I will eat wire but that's only because I need to get into a house or something. Other than that I just eat anything and everything in sight.
Depends how old the mouse is & what you call a baby. You can have tiny little mice that are adults, but cause of their size look like babies.
Newborns to 3 weeks, they take only milk from mother, or kitten replacement formulas (only really high quality brands though) if being hand reared. From 3 weeks to 4 weeks, they move onto solid foods & only need mum for the occassional suckle. By 5 weeks old, they're on solid foods.
mice will eat bird seed, rice, mouse munch, vegtables but never give them chesese no mater what people say its no good for them and it can make the sick!!!!
Anything too acidic, including onions, tomatoes, and citrus. Junk foods and overly sugary foods are not good for mice. Also, anything chocolate or carbonated can kill mice.
