Depending what you mean by best game if you like racing and action probably Pursuit Force which was a complete classic which I thoroughly enjoyed. Also a great racing game is Gran Turismo which has had amazing write ups. Shooting games all Grand Theft Auto games were very good for a hand-held console and also so was Killzone: Liberation.
