It depends on the person who is playing, but Space Marines are considered to be the best all-rounders.

There is no "best" race or army in either Warhammer or Warhammer 40,000. They are all equally balanced so that players will not choose them based off of which is simply the strongest, but by which one best fits their playstyle as each army has a very distinct way of fighting and everybody is sure to find at least one that fits them.
Answer: Warhammer 40,000 Dawn of War: Winter Assault, is an expansion pack to the original Dawn of War game, it features a new race, The Imperial Guard. The IG is much like the Space Marines but weaker. This also includes a brand new Campaign where you can choose to play as either Order (The Guard and Eldar) or Disorder (Orks and Chaos).
AnswerThey are Orcs from Warhammer fantasy, but in space. They are a green skinned race of crazy blood thirsty aliens who plague committing murder and genocide. They are the comedic relief race of Warhammer 40k.
The Eldar Harlequins dress in clownish attire.
They get paid averagely .£200,000 per race and 40000 for a podium finish.
There is no best race in 40k but how you play and build it, but if i had to say the best of all i would say that space marines are the most flexable and are very hard to beat with simple armies like tau or dark eldar. if you like shooting llike me then tua or eldar are the best if you like combat then deamons, tyranids or orks are the best but over all space marines are the most loved and used.
Answer"The Tyranids are an extragalactic alien race, whose sole purpose is the consumption of all forms of genetic and biological material in order to evolve and reproduce. Tyranid technology is based entirely on biological engineering. Every function is carried out by living, engineered creatures, each of which collectively forms the Hive Fleet, directed by a single Hive Mind" --- quote from: http://wh40k.lexicanum.com/wiki/Tyranids
The Sabelline race refers to a fictional alien species from the "Warhammer 40,000" universe. Known for their unique culture and physiology, they are characterized by their adaptability and distinct social structures. The Sabellines often engage in complex interactions with other races, showcasing their intelligence and strategic thinking. Their lore adds depth to the expansive universe of Warhammer 40,000, enriching the narrative landscape with their presence.
There are no rules surround it, or stopping your from doing it. In tournaments, it wouldn't be legal, but so long as you give your race a decent background and agree on rules to use with an opponent it should be fine.
Look at all the races and decide which one you like best; consider how the army looks, its special rules tactics and units, and if you like its playing style. Ofcourse my first army was just the one i thought looked the coolest. (Dark Elves)
it's okay slow start, somewhat like space marine's just has daemons and different vehicles but by my standards it great race.
