Currently, I find it to be an Elementalist primary with a Mesmer secondary; making use of the following skills.
Searing Flames, Arcane Echo, Liquid Flame and Glowing Gaze.
The objective is to duplicate Searing Flames by casting Arcane Echo beforehand, and continuously cast the twin spells. Once the effects of Arcane Echo wear off and the skill is returned to normal, cast your original Searing Flames followed by Glowing Gaze, and finally; Liquid Flame.
The one flaw is energy management, but get two or three of Elementalists wielding those skills in the same party, and you'll disintegrate all but the most fire resistant opponents.
The best nuker in DotA, in my opinion, would be one that can deal out massive amounts of damage in a short amount of time. I would choose Lina Inverse, the Slayer, because she can easily do over 1000 damage with all her spells within a few seconds. If you buy a refresher orb and agahaims scepter, you could reach damage numbers upwards of 2200.
There is no best weapon, but it all depends on how good the weapon works for your build and/ or use. for example, if you want to run someone, you would use a staff with a high amount of energy.
There are millions of guilds to join, there is no best guild, some guilds and guildowners add you to take you np and items
Generally in kamadan AE1 is the best place to recruit new players to the guild. As for recruiting guilds there isn't really a best place you just have to find other guild by asking leaders etc

There really isn't any one guild that is the best at raising (most people call it a leveling guild). Your best bet is to just pick a server, and just ask around in trade chat as to which one is a good one on that server.

The best way to apply for a membership to a designers guild is to get in touch with the local chapter of designers. Or, applications can be found on the website for the designers guild.
In my opinion Nightfall is the best GW game.
There is no way to create a guild bank. The best you can do is deposit the Neopoints into your own personal bank account while keeping track of how much belongs to the guild.
