I have the same problem!! im looking for a new straightener but i hear that the CHI and GHI ones are great. Also, i think its called "sedu" is another reccomended brand. these three are on all the top 10 charts on tons of different web sites.
Hmm, I would recommend the Kyoseki. It straightens quickly and easily. Or, some straightner from Vidal Sassoon, they are one of the straightners that heats up REALLY well.
In my experience, the Karmin G3 Salon Pro Hair truly is the perfect straightening iron for dry and curly hair. Other irons always used to wreck my hair, but the Karmin G3 keeps locks moisturized, shiny and soft. Styling takes me very little time in the morning and the iron (plus case) looks gorgeous - a very attractive feature to the iron as well. --- Olivia
The best way to get naturally curly hair straight is to wash the hair to get any hairspray or gel out. Then blow dry the hair with a hair dryer. After getting the hair dry, use a hair straightener.
I recomend the Conair Wet/Dry Hair Straightener.
Well i because i have natruall curly hair usally put frutics curly cream in my hair scunch and blow dry and put it in barrettes last spray with frutics shine sprayy
Look for creamy, moisturizing shampoo/conditioners for dry, curly hair. L'Oreal Elseve, Elvive and Vive are good shampoos and conditioners for dry curly hair.
A dryer is used when the hair is wet to dry and style hair. A straightener is used to straighten dry hair.
It does more damage than if you use a straightener on dry hair.
There are several options when it comes to straighteners for wet hair. Some of the best wet/dry hair straighteners are the Remington Wet 2 Straight Ceramic Flat Iron, Ragalta Wet/Dry Hair Straightener, and the Revlon Titanium Wet/Dry Hair Straightener.
A GHD hair straightener is the best brand to buy because they lock the moisture in your hair and they don't dry your hair out like a traditional hair straightener does. They don't have many features like other, more expensive brands but they are very beneficial unlike some other brands.
To clean the plates on a wet/dry hair straightener use a light cleaner on a rag and wipe down the plates. Make sure the hair straightener has been properly cooled before cleaning.
If your hair is dry it's best to use a leave-in conditioner or deep condition your hair every so often. As to getting "rid" of curly hair, you could use a flat iron to straighten it or go to the hair salon and have it chemically straightened (much like a perm). Be warned, though, that if your hair is dry already having it chemically straightened is not the best choice.
A straightener should be used on dry hair only. If you put it on wet hair it will cause damage. You should never straighten products into your hair unless you have blow dried them on first or the company that makes your straightener advises you to do it. Dry your hair, straighten it then put products on it. If you are in a hurry and your hair is wet, and you need it straightened, all you need to have is a straightener that has holes in it. *REMEMBER: always have the holes facing outward if it is facing your head or ear or hair it could burn you or cause pain.
with a hair straightener. :P well if your hair is curly (well it depends on what kind of curly hair you have. I have curly hair but its not like the afro kind. its just curls im mixed and im dominican so if i wasnt spanish i would have curly afro hair. With my hair i have to get in the shower first wash my hair, then get out let it dry make sure everythings dry no wet spots! and DONT use any product in your hair or it will ruin it entirely! and after it is dry then use the straightner and straighten ur hair. i straighten mine from the bottom 1st then work my way up to the top of and 2 my roots. try not 2 burn ur eyes it hurts kind of. and go ovr it once then go ovr it again. and then its straight!
