i am 13yrs old and i have been wearing a bra since i was 9-10. if you are not very big but need some support i started off with a bra with no pading ot no wire, front fastning Bras are also good. when you cant get the right size bra in these tpes or they become uncomfortable or dont hold up your breasts properly then you might want to go for an under wire bra or a padded bra, i hope this helps but i am only talking from personal experience.
