To the best of my knowledge there is no dewormer that you can buy in the store without a veterinary prescription that is labeled as safe for use on ferrets. Your veterinarian should run a very simple and fairly inexpensive fecal test to determine if your ferret has worms and what kind of worms they are. Then he/she will select a dewormer that is effective against that type of worm and safe for your ferret.
