well im a young teen and i say that teddy bears or syrian hamsters are best because they are less wild than dwarf jhamsters and they are easier to handle

∙ 15y agowith my own experience i would say a Dorf hamster would be the best. I started to get them when i was only about 5 years, and I love them they are very laid back hamsters and would be great for any age!
