There is no fast short, such as a cheat code, to get money. There are lots of online guides to earn money; search some of them and find one that you like.

The individual activity that gets you most money for the time spent - in my opinion - is the Miscellania activity - search for details in an online guide. It's a members-only activity that requires you to complete one or two quests: "Throne of Miscellania", and (for extra rewards) "Royal Trouble". Those quests also require you to do some other quests first, if you didn't do them already. Once you are all set, you get a profit (income minus expenses) of approximately a million per week, with hardly any effort. Actually the profit varies, depending on the changing market value of the items you get.

Other ways to earn money include mining, woodcutting, fishing, killing monsters (I suggest Slayer tasks, if you are a member)... and many other activities. Farming, another members-only skill, can give you a handsome profit for example, but there are really hundreds of ways to earn money.
