Best Answer

That's based on your preference of consistency of the meat as well as the way you like your food cooked. Ribs are good when they are roasted in the oven, leg and arm muscle is good in stew (like gumbo) and most of the other meat tastes great in soup.

Do lamb chops have kidneys?

No Lamb chops dont have kidneys because they are a part of the lamb. Which is an animal itself so if the question was writen wrong and instead the person who was asking meant if Lambs have kidney then yes Lambs do have kidneys, but lamb chops dont.I was asked a similar question because someone I know believed that the "kidney" lamb chop had a part of the lamb's kidney attached to it. The answer is of course no. The kidney lamb chop is a "chop" containing bone. The kidney is of course an internal organ with no bones.
