Definitely, the goldfish. There's not a lot you have to do to take care of them. And, they are widely available. All you really have to do is feed it goldfish flakes daily and change out the water I the tank regularly.
Crickets, although I've never kept them as pets. I keep them as a feeder insect for my Bearded Dragon, and all they need is a RubberMaid container or Kritter Keeper. They eat just about anything, though you should be careful with water as they can drown. They would make very unique pets, too, I've not heard of many people who keep them as pets!
Guppies, too, would be good. As far as I know (someone please correct me if this is incorrect) they do not need a water heater, and you can keep quite a few in a 10-gallon tank. I would research them a little more, though.
DO NOT LISTEN TO PEOPLE WHO TELL YOU TO GET THESE PETS:
Hermit Crabs: Hermit Crabs are terribly neglected in captivity, and if you do want them, do not listen to one word the pet store tells you, they know nothing. Read here instead: hermitcrabparadise.com
Parrots: They are not beginner pets. If you do want a bird, I suggest a finch or a canary.
Reptiles: All reptiles need very specific heating and lighting to thrive. All Geckos will drop their tails, and a child as young as eight would be very rough I'm sure.
(By the way, just because I'm a grammar and spelling freak, "most easiest" is not correct. It can be either "most easy" or "easiest", but not both.)
If you are looking for fish Betta's are very easy and you don't need a filter. If you are looking for a rodent a rat is easy but you need to interact with it 1 hour daily. If you are looking for a reptile a leopard gecko is easy. I have 2 hermit crabs they are fairly easy. Lastly a zebra finch is easy to.
I would say a turtle or fish but lizards are also good pets ..... i also recommend
chi shus they are dogs that don't escape or chew furniture they listen to what you say
I've never had a pet but I would say either a small dog, a hamster, or a guinea pig.
a dog is the third easiest pet if your not counting other rodents :)
The easiest way to find out is to go to the pet shop and she what type of fish they sell. I'd say the most obvious is the way they look, swim & behave.
pet rock
dog
any pet to keep is a huge responsibility but if you want your first pet u should get a fish
The damsel (any type) is the easiest marine fish to care for. The brittle starfish is the easiest marine critter.
All of youre answer are on http://cluckhouse.webs.com/ You can find the best recipes for youre pet
they are similar, but not the same. they are both rodents, but have different shaped faces, and mice are slightly smaller. gerbils have fury tails, mice have hairless ones.gerbils hop on their hind legs, mice crawl around. gerbils smell less, are more inteligent (usually), and become more tame (usually). mice are the easiest small pet to look after as they are the least inteligent small animal. gerbils are more fun, and still very easy to look after. most people prefer pet gerbils to pet mice.
A pet is an animal that you buy and look after.
I would suggest a pet rock if they are available in your area. Very low maintenance.
You can get them at a few places. You can get them at a breeder. You can stop at a pet shop. Most pet shops have these animals for sale.
Some major pet adoption agencies include: adopt-a-pet, petfinder, or petsmart. The easiest way to find an adoption place nearest you is to check with the American humane society who would be happy to set someone up with a pet.
