Well, logically, any place that clothing generally covers. Nipples, navel, or genitals.
For work, you could try a clear glass retainer. For parents, it'll be tough to hide it completely.
Get a retainer. You can use acrylic but I think glass works best. It wont completely hide it but its better than nothing. You can find them online but look around at your local piercing shops first :)
Nope! not many things will, it's a pretty awkward piercing to hide.
u could tuck your lip in your mouth
Yes, makeup can help conceal an ear piercing to some extent. Using a full-coverage concealer or foundation that matches your skin tone, you can apply it around the piercing area and blend it well. However, it may not completely hide the piercing, especially if the jewelry is large or the skin is uneven. Additionally, be cautious about using products that could irritate the piercing or cause infection.
A clear piercing retainer

wear a bandaid on it and stay you cut it or have a zit or something, but this trick won't last forevr
don't show her your stomach ?
It depends on what piercings youre trying to hide. You could try those clear flexible retainers.
You could use a band-aid to cover it, and say you got a scratch. Or, you could replace the current piercing with a clear piercing. Those are pretty hard to catch unless you're looking. I wouldn't suggest using coverup though, as that may cause an infection.
