I sold mine at a website called sellmycomicbooks. (This site seems to not like links so I'm just putting the domain...it's a com address and all of that).
I'm not saying I got top of the market value for them ... honestly, I don't even know what top of the market value would have been. But I sold about 60% of a pretty large collection and they made it about as painless as I think it could be. I made a list and showed it to a local comic store owner and told him what was offered and he thought it was a very generous offer.
