Raid cool downs are on the same timers. They both reset during server shut down ever Tuesday morning. BUT, the raid ID numbers are infact different. So if you decided to do a 25 Man raid, killed all the bosses, then decided to do the same exact raid with only 10 people, you could. You would then have to wait until the servers reset to run them again.
