What are some outlet malls in Ohio?

Depends what part of Ohio. Columbus has many. The best i would say is I live in Cincinnati which probably isn't the best place to go for shopping. There's eastgate mall, kenwood (which is probably the nicest in cinncinnati) Anderson towncenter and those are about all i know. Jefferson is the best in my opinion which is in between Cincinnati and Columbus

If taking I-79 to I-80 and across, about 5-6 hours, and depending whether you are coming from the north or south side of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Or, you could go south on I-79 to I-70 at Washington PA which is about 1 hour, then across Ohio on I-70 which has a southerly-north route to Columbus, with other routes the closer you get.
