u cannot term a server as best. it depends on the game it runs, the maps, and the ping points.

several servers are equipped with various mods to improve the game experience, sometimes it just doesnt make it so intresting. try servers wich are interactive as they will keep u more involved. also the server u think is best may always not be. cuz it also depends on the admin ruling it. if he's a crack or mentally retarded, he will kick ppl or slap them for each headshot he recieves.
