Depends on what you want to do. There are different specs depending on the situation (ie raiding, PVP, Soloing and dailies). This link has a listing of various rogue builds:

It depends on what you prefer. Combat if you hate the stealth feature. Assassination if you prefer stealth.
Demonology for leveling (as of right now). Destruction for pvp.
Combat - swords spec = leveling spec Assassination - Raid/Dungeon spec Subtlety - PvP spec Although rogues are good, people will always make fun of you for picking one, i suggest druid, paladin, or priest. If you want to be a super Rogue, you need much more wow gold. you can get from www.ugamegold.com.
Using daggers for assassination and swords for combat spec. And your primary stat is agility.
Frost is the best spec to survive moreso i will choose frost :D
Find out a good rotation and make sure you have a slow weapon in your main hand (and possibly offhand depending on your spec)

Any agility BOA that a rouge can equip is best. If you are asking about heirlooms, witch are often mistaken as BOAs then thePVP orPVE agility mail heirlooms are best. They will become leather when equipped at lower levels and automatically become mail again as you learn the ability. Then of course depending on your spec either dual daggers or agility dagger and sword will be best.
The best pvp spec right now is possibly furry if know how to play it because and the damage you can do at the beginning of the match is incredible. This spec is probably best on 3vs3 and 5v5's. but for 2vs2 the best would probably be arms for the slows and you can keep ur self up more.
I think the best class 4 begginer is rogue.
