Try to find a bra with these features:
- large straps
- underwire
- three row hook closure
- thicker material
- some Bras offer a "minimizing" effect
One popular brand is the Playtex 18-hour bra.
You should get the bra size that is most comfortable and supportive for you. This depends on the measurement around your rib cage (under your breasts) and around your breasts.
Bra's are uncomfortable. If you want your breasts to protrude, sure you can wear a bra. It would be more manly to buy an elastic bandage and wrap your breasts.
surgery, or a minimizer bra
Large breasts are more of a genetic feature than anything else.
if you dont wear a bra then your brests get saggy. Not wearing a bra. There is a little thing called gravity and it works on body parts like breasts. If you have a large breasts you need to wear a good support bra that provides the support for you. NOT a sports bra, but something that has underwire and REAL support.
When it comes to large breasted women finding the best bra is one of the hardest jobs. The number one complaint is the straps. Finding a good supporting strap is step one for finding the best bra. The second is making sure the cup is right, wires tend to dig in and make it uncomfortable. Often times the demi style bra is the most pleasing to large breasted women.
You should either wear a bra once your breasts are large enough to be pulled down by gravity, or choose not to wear a bra and have breasts down to your waistband when you get 20 years older.
underwire sports bra is for you!! It gives lots of support for breasts
A size 36 bra would be the measurement of the rib cage just under the breasts. It does not determine how large the breasts are and is meaningless without taking a measurement around the breasts, which helps determine the cup size.
By surgery when you have stopped growing (around 21) and by wearing a minimizer bra.
Once you start to notice your breasts when wearing just a plain white shirt, you should start out with a training or sports bra. Once you are comfortable with those and your breasts are large enough to fill a cupped bra then try an A cup.
A bra is used to support and/or enhance breasts.
