What is the best sword on runescape for nonmembers?

"Best" depends very much on context. Theoretically, if you have the money for it, you can purchase Christmas Crackers and Blue Partyhats. The "best" armour and weapons are part of the Corrupt Dragon equipment group, but these are very expensive and degrade quickly into dust. The most expensive conventional armour available for free players is Saradomin armour, though it has the exact same stats as regular rune.

well, you could do whatever you want. Many people enjoy diffrent activities. Some people like to just chat with friends, some people like to throw partys and mess around, some like to go to clan wars, and some like to buy stuff, or lvl up. There really is no answer to this question though.

Best weapon in non member is a Rune Scimitar even over the powerfuller counterpart Rune 2h mainly because you can use a shield with it and it strikes quicker than a 2h, meaning there's a chance because you can hit near enough twice per hit with 2h you can deal more damage overall than 2h.

For maximum hit the Rune 2h (2 handed) sword, but for a little less but about three more hits in combat the Rune Scimitar. I always going into battle have a 2h, but in my inventory have a scimitar and a guthix kiteshield in case I need some quick hits.

It depends if u want a fast weapon it would be the rune scimmy

If you want power it would be the rune 2h

Most likely Rune Scimitar - but if you have money you can get stuff like Corrupt Vesta Long etc.
