DON'T SHAVE IT!!! Shaving it will just make it look more "manly", and will make it grow back more prickly, although it's a myth that it will grow back faster.
There are products at your local pharmacy that remove hair. If you can afford it, either electrolysis or laser hair removal can be a more permanent way to deal with unwanted facial hair.
"Waxing" would also work, but it's a little uncomfortable.
