Personally I would say it's Windows 7 Professional. Mostly because it's more of a "stripper out" version of Home Premium and has pretty much everything that Ultimate has.

It is not possible for a Windows 95 program KeyCAD Pro to be run using Windows 7. The best solution would be to try and find the same program in an upgraded version that will run on Windows 7.

Not sure if you're referring to Windows 7-E version. This was windows 7 version for Europe. However the plans to ship this version were scrapped later on.
