B16!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
it's vtec not vtech... vtech is a cordless phone company... i have a 95 gsr and i use mobil 1 full synth...
will a h23a vtech work in a 92 prelude? what extra will be needed or changed besides a chipped p28 ecu ..? I have a 92' Honda prelude s.i. with a h23a1 non vtech and im going to swap, but i need answers before i buy this engine..
its vtec, not vtech, that's a phone company. and i assume by that you mean the best vtec ENGINE to swap into your car. well the best would a k20a type r swap but that'll run you about 10 grand. so how bout you figure out what kind of budget you have to work with then go from there. and are you able to do the work yourself, or will you have to pay someone to do it. most people on budgets who want a quicker setup then their stock d-series go with a b18a1 swap. from there you could go with b18b1, b16a2, b16a jdm sir II, b18c1, gsr b18c, jdm b16b, jdm b18c or usdm b18c5 type r engine. progressively more expensive as you move up the list. Not to mention "best" could mean one thing to one person, and something else to another. if best simply means fastest then purchase the best engine that you can afford.
a v8 :D
depends on if the v-tech engine was made for 93 to 96 modles or for 96 to 98 modles
Yes Honda made a Prelude in 1995 with a DOHC VTEC engine. VTECH makes cordless phones and toys.
it has a 2.2 vtech engine
Chev LS6 T56
2jz swap, hands down the best choice.
to answer your question is has endless possibiltys but i would say the best is h22a prelude engine
nope!!! the size of engine is too big
The spark plug gap for a 1997 Honda Accord with a 2.2L VTech engine is .044 inches. All 1997 Honda engines have a gap of .044 inches.
