Ok, it might not work on all people. But this is what my personal trainer told me. 1. You should always stretch before warming up. Stretching you arms, legs and neck. (never stretch you're neck too far and NEVER stretch it backwards) 2. Go for a short jog to get warmed up (If you have a treadmill or some other walking machine use that at a jogging pace) 3.Do some short exercises with weights. (if you are under 16, you shouldn't be lifting bigger than 1 Kilo) 4. Go for a run pumping your arms. (It's more effective if you use weights) 5. When you return from your run, stretch again to warm down. 6. Drink plenty of water and eat some fruit or something else that is healthy. I recommend doing this at least 3 times a week. I know it's not much, but it helps.
