I think that it actually depends on what kind of feelings you have about them i mean if you really like them and you have forever,maybe they have too. Most people who have feelings for each other are most peolple who have known each other for a long time Wow, i just had a situation like that last week. I have a friend and well i can say that I'm very much in love with him. I wanted to tell him so badly, lol, i kept this thing inside of me for like 4 months because our friendship is so great and i didn't want to throw it away but i couldn't take it anymore so finally i decided whether or not he reacts the way i would like him to, I'm gonna tell him. So that following night i told him that i wanted to tell him something and at first i hesitated but i finally told him and although it didn't go the way i really wanted it to go which was for him to take me into his arms, tell me that he's been feeling the same way, and kiss me like there's no tomorrow, lol, well it wasn't that bad. He didn't reveal if he felt the same way but he didnt say that there wasn't a possibility so im still hopeful I guess i said that to say sometimes we need to hear the truth so we can get on with our lives.

Well, you definitely don't want to say "I love you." early in a relationship!!! A very big no no:( Take time to let the relationship grow, and for you and your lover to get closer. Once you do, take time to build up the confidence to tell that person your true feelings. It doesn't have to be the perfect moment, just as long as yo and that person rae somewhere private.

Until you're sure that he/she feels or could feel the same romantic feelings for you.

If not, then don't risk losing the friendship, unless you're absolutely, positively sure that your friendship can withstand all the new changes and new (one-sided) feelings.

well first you really need to get to know her like in school try and ask the teacher if you can move close to her but don't say that ask to go too a part of the room where she is that happend to me butt i did not ask and make sure before you may get moved again try to know as much as you can now this is for grade's 6 and up she flicks her hair when she talks to you and this is for all grades she laugh's at your jokes even though you know there not funny than those are and could be signs that she likes you and when you get to know more about her and you feel the tome is right say it and stumble to say in your words i am in love with you make sure to stumble like i said and it should work peace out

Just tell her! She'll be flattered, wether she likes you or not. Girls always love when guys are interested in them, it makes them feel good.
