None - I have taught many people to sail over the years who can't swim. If you always wear a bouyancy aid or life jacket you'll be fine. If you do fall in the water, just remember 1) Stay with the boat and 2) the life jacket/bouyancy aid WILL keep you afloat so don't panic!
