There are several ways to get soap scum off a shower curtain. One of the easiest ways I have found is to put the shower curtain in the washing machine with a couple of bath towels and wash it on gentle after spraying it with a commercial cleaner. Then during the rinse cycle I also add about a 1/2 cup of vinegar. I find my shower curtain fresh and like new.
