Some new programs may be able to pass through the read only protection, if your program does not you will have to copy to hard drive first, then disable the "read-only" attribute of files by right-clicking files, and selecting "properties". In properties un-check the box "read only" and save.
To copy files to hard drive you will have to use "Command Prompt" accessible from the start menu, or you can go start>run>cmd.exe
Once in command prompt the command to copy read only files is xcopy:
xcopy (directory to copy from ex. e:\) destination (enter destination parameters here) and hit enter
for more information you can also use the command: xcopy /?
if still in trouble try to Google xcopy
You can use the xcopy command to remove the read-only attribute while you are copying files from a CD-ROM. Xcopy.exe resets the read-only attributes unless you specify otherwise by using the /k switch (this switch copies attributes). To use this method: 1. Click Start, and then click Run. 2. In the Open box, type cmd, and then click OK. 3. Type xcopy drive letter:\*.* destination /e /h, where drive letter is the CD-ROM drive letter and destination is the path to the destination for the files, and then press ENTER. For more information about command-line switches for Xcopy.exe, type xcopy /? at a command prompt. Unless you want to spend alot of money to do this, you can't because there is software out there that can do this, but it can cost up to $100 or more
The best way to copy a CD is to buy a CD copying machine. The second best way is to upload the information onto a computer and then burn it onto a different CD.
you burn it.
To copy a CD that is not a copy you can get a RW CD. This is a CD that can have things copied onto it.
This question is not clear, so I will present two answers: Entire Excel program - Copy the original CD to another CD. There is no reasonable way to copy the installed files from your computer to a CD. Individual Excel workbook files - Copy the file the same way you would copy any other file. Use whatever application is available on your computer to copy files to CD (perhaps even drag the file from Windows Explorer to the CD).
use cloneCD, its the best ;) its depend on the writing software which you are using. For nero, you have option "COPY CD"
Copy and Paste
The best way to download books on CD would be to purchase a digital copy from an online book retailer like Amazon, iTunes, or Audible. Once purchased, you can download the digital file to your computer or transfer it to a CD for listening on a CD player.
You can put the CD files on your computer and then burn it into a blank CD or buy a duplicator which makes copy's of Cd's.
If you want to copy a disk, you need a blank CD, the original CD, a programme (Nero startsmart, roxio etc.)to copy. insert a blank CD. go on Nero. go to copy CD. insert original CD. it will copy it.then insert the blank CD back and the data will be in the blank CD.
Yes You Can But does your CD drive copy CD's if it does than yes if no then no.
when you take your film in to get it devolped ask them to put it on a CD .then that way you can put them on your PC
Normally, yes you can copy the pictures from the CD to the memory card in the same way you would copy other files from one place to another on your computer.
1. copy the original 2. then store the original safely 3. use the copy 4. when copy breaks refer to step 1
Buy the CD and copy it onto a USB drive
