Yep!! If you have decent attack, defence, strength, and mage, you can easily thrash the #$!! out of the level 100 monster!! When I was level 69, I killed a level 122 hellhound in deep wilderness. All I had on was a rune berserker, a platebody, and a scimitar. With a full inventory of lobsters, you can OWN level 92's and 122's.

You need to complete a quest to gain access to a dungeon in Lumbridge. It's called the Blood Pact. You can start this by going to the grave yard south of the Lumbridge castle. Talk to the old lady there to start. when you finish that quest you can go down to the dungeon to kill monsters and pick things up to earn money. To level up you need to train your Defence, Attack, and Strength. If you level each of these up one level, you go one combat level up.
