sorry but the ds and psp are different companies ds is made by Nintendo and psp is made by Sony as u can see clearly on the back of the psp it says Sony and there are different on the way there games are made e.g. nintendos games online are nds roms and psp iso and i think even if u figure a way to convert them id think it would work because the computer language on ds psp and ds are different types of language but u can try ur best.
