Cranberry juice does not remove marijuana from your system. Neither does pickle juice, vinegar, bleach, or any other household substance.

For daily smokers, marijuana stays in your urine for 2 to 6 weeks, or a month on average. So there is a good chance you'll be clean anyway after 30 days.

If you are an extremely heavy user, it could possibly take over 2 months. But you'd have to be smoking an absolutely obscene amount of marijuana. Someone once asked how long it would take for them to be clean when they've been smoking an OUNCE A DAY for three years.

I didn't even know it was physically possible to smoke an ounce of marijuana a day. But that's the kind of obscenely heavy use that could take 2, or even 3, months to leave your system.

Regarding the doctor: I am pretty sure that a doctor cannot call the cops on you if they find drugs in your urine. I'm pretty sure that would be a WHOPPING violation of doctor/patient confidentiality.

I have heard of people being denied pain medication that they need, because their doctor found marijuana in their urine. I have no idea if that's legal or not, but I can tell you for sure that not all doctors will do that.

I've been honest with every doctor I've ever had about my drug use, and none of them refused to prescribe medication. They really didn't care, especially about the marijuana.

When it comes to marijuana, any doctor should know that the risks and dangers of marijuana use are quite minimal, except of course for the chances of getting lung, mouth or throat cancer.

Some, of course, are misguided by their own sense of morality. But it is certainly not true that every doctor will make trouble for you if they know you smoke weed.
