Take the A3113 (past Terminal 5) from the Perimeter Road, then onto the M25 before you reach the M40, take the M40 northbound to Birmingham and then take the M24 Eastbound until you reach the interconnecting junction between Junctions 4 and 5 on the M5, then head north until Junction 2 and then on the A4123 into Wolverhampton.
The easiest way to get from Doncaster to Heathrow Airport is to join the A1(M) straight down to the M25, and then follow the M25 until you reach the M4 motorway. From there there is a direct route into Heathrow Airport.

Not directly, you will need to take the South West trains service to London Waterloo and then you need to take the Bakerloo line tube to Piccadilly Circus, and then you can take the Piccadilly Line all the way to Heathrow Airport.
