What is the best way to make money in Animal Crossing city folk?

There are lots of ways to earn money, pretty much just go to tom nook and sell what ever you don't want, he will take anything you have even fruit and worthless stuff. one of the easy ways is to go around your town and gather all the fruit you can carry, make sure your inventory is empty and each fruit sells for $100 a full bag is worth $1500. if you get foreign fruit its worth $500 and a full bag is work $7500. another good way is on the first Sunday of every month there is a flea market, just put the stuff you want to sell in your house and an animal will come and buy it for 3 times what nook would buy it for, this is vary use full with fossils, if you have a torso it can be sold for around $10000, and is VARY useful with fish that cost $1500 at nook's, it will sell for $30000 in a flea market. if you want to get free items, you can get them from some animals that give you items just for talking to them, or look in the inside bumper at town hall there could be something there, or look in the lost and found by the gate guards but its usually junk there. there are also cheats, but i don't know how to explain them, only because i don't know them off the top of my head, but im sure if you look up ACWW money cheats you will find them. i hope this helps ^_^

Well, there are a lot of ways to make money on animal crossing!

I use glitches....

if you want to know a good glitch I've got one. exceptwith my glitch comes lots of weeds.

1st step go to the town hall

2nd step deposit at least 99,999 bells (if you don't have at least 99,999 bells it wont work)

3rd step save and end

4th step change the date on Animal Crossing to January 1st 2000

5th step go on your player

6th step save and quit

7th step turn your ds power off make sure your ds is NOT set to go automatically to the game

8th step turn your ds back on and go to ds settings (the little icon on the bottom of the screen)

9th step go to date and time settings

10th step set the date on your ds to January 1st 2011

11th step save the date and turn off your ds

12th step turn your ds on and go on your animal crossing game

13th step check your mail you should get a letter from the town hall saying they gave you 99,999 thousand bells! (the money goes into your account)

(this is legal and is not considered hacking)

There are many easy ways to make money;

Selling fruit to nook's - the fruit that was in your town originaly will sell for 100, foreign fruit will sell for 500.

Shake all the trees in your town, this takes some time but it is worth it, shaking all the trees in your town everyday will bring you at least 10x 100 bell money bags, and also 2 pieces of furniture - although there is risk of being stung by bees.

Digging up fossils - go and get them checked by the owl at the museum but if he asks to keep it as a donation say no as these fossils can sell up to 6000 bells.

Fish and bugs!- fish can sell from 60 bells - 20,000 bells. And bugs can sell from 5 bells - 10,000 bells. check out for the complete list of bugs and fish. Take note of the months they will be around!

Look in lost property and recycling - Look in the lost propety at the main gate at your town, if you talk to the dog on the left and select 'something lost' there could be some valuble items and also furniture or clothing you may like to keep. Recylcing box in the town hall could also give you valuble items and items you may wish to keep.

Well i have been playing for 2 years, i have 100000000 bells because i have done these cheats:

cheat 1: set the date to 2000 and put 10.00 bells into the bank, and it will have 99.000 bells

cheat 2: set the date to Christmas and your mum will give you 40.000 bells

cheat 3: set the date to 10 years later (this is know as time travelling) put at least 1.000 bells in your account and then set the date to 10 years later

you can do these cheats as many times as you want
