There is 2 things that can be done. Spray the paper cups with a nonstick baking spray or just not use the paper cups at all, and just spray the muffin pan with baking spray and they will fall right out.
just spray the wrappers with like pam or some thing so tey wont stick. it works.....
Whether you use silicone or paper baking cups is a matter of preference. Silicone baking cups are easy to clean and have the added advantage of preventing your muffins from burning. Paper cups are easy to clean up and disposable but you may still have to clean the muffin tin after you use them.
If you are making muffins and you run out of batter before you fill all your muffin cups, add a couple of tablespoons of water to the empty cups. You can warp the muffin tin if you bake it with some of the cups empty. Most recipes make a dozen muffins, but on occasion I too have more muffin cups then I have batter for. By using my method of adding water to the empty cups, I have never warped a pan.

You can use those paper cups just as you would the aluminum ones. I actually prefer the paper cups to the aluminum cups.

These cups tend to be made from paper, sometimes from recycled paper. Paper is not manufactured to hold liquid so the cups are lined with wax to prevent breakdown of the material.

Because the batter is wet and the muffin cups are paper and porous. That's pretty much why anything sticks to anything. The smoother the surface, the less sticking. I find that the heat also causes the muffins to stick both to the pan and to the muffin papers. If you let the muffins cool for 5-10 minutes before removing them from the pan and cool completely before removing them from the paper liners, they don't stick. If I reheat a muffin in the microwave, I remove the paper liner first and then heat it. If I heat it and then remove the liner, a lot of the yummy muffin sticks to the paper liner. I have heard some people say they spray nonstick cooking spray on their paper liners to keep the muffins from sticking to it, but I haven't tried that yet. I'm sure it would work.
