Tie a Thread (or floss or string) and have yourself, a parnet, a friend, or enimey (sorry about my bad spelling) tie the thread (or floss or string) to a door and slam it closed or....use a nerf gun by tieing the thread (or floss or string) around the dart then SHOOT or just eat something very hard or the best way wiggle twist and pull (MUCH PAIN THOUGH)
