Spray it with a penetrating oil leave it for a few hours then try to loosen it, or heat the nut up quickly and try to remove it then.

A nut is called screw when its head is tightend in component .but in case, tight of nut is not possible without bolt.since screw is tight without nut bolt it is not possible in case of nut.
Move the nut on the shifter bolt from the front of the shifter(closest to engine) and put it on the rear of the shifter bolt. Tighten it as much as possible (did mine with a 17mm box end wrench). once it's tight, remove the nut and put in on the other side again (just enough to cover the threads.) A couple of quick taps with a hammer and out she comes !

The best way is to "double nut" them. Thread one nut halfway down the bolt, then thread another down against that one. Use a wrench on the first (bottom) nut to back the bolt out.
To remove a stripped nut stuck on a bolt, you can try using a pair of locking pliers or a nut splitter tool to grip and break the nut. Another option is to use a penetrating oil to loosen the nut before attempting to remove it. If these methods don't work, you may need to cut the nut off with a hacksaw or use a drill to remove it.
To remove a stripped nut from a bolt, you can try using a pair of locking pliers or a nut splitter tool to grip and break the nut. Another option is to use a drill to create a small hole in the center of the nut and then use a screw extractor to remove it. If these methods do not work, you may need to cut the nut off with a hacksaw or angle grinder. Be sure to use caution and wear appropriate safety gear when attempting to remove a stripped nut.
That's correct. This particular wrench holds the nut or bolt head better than any other wrench.
How is a nut like a bolt
on the inside of your wheel there is a little nut screwed to the bolt on the trucks, use a wrench to tighten that
if you have lost the locking wheel nut key to remove the locking wheel nut then you can still remove the nut by getting a socket that is a tight fit on the nut and hammering it onto the locking wheel nut then it will undo. i worked in a garage for a few years and everytime a car came in with your problem that's how we solved it.AdditionMost breakdown patrols and breakdown garages carry special tools for the removal of locking wheel nuts
