A good way to suppress hunger is to eat fruits and veggies. Eat slow good oatmeal for breakfast (not instant it doesn't "stick to your ribs" as well) also drink lots of water, keep a water bottle with you at all times. when you start getting hungry try drinking water, usually when you get that hungry feeling it is because your are really thirsty. when eating a meal chew slower and eat slower. it tricks your brain into thinking you are eating more then you really are. Eat a small handful of nuts. nuts are healthy for you and are full of protein which help suppress hunger. last but not least, chew gum, and try to stay active.
