There's no easy way to do this. Just sit down and have a discussion with her about it. If the ex conceived before your current girlfriend, then it will be emotional but not the end of the world. If, on the other hand, you were fooling around with your ex while dating the current girl and got her pregnant, then plan on wearing some steel underwear!
