Based on my knowledge, some architectural engineering schools are the University of Kansas, Auburn University, Cal Poly SLO, Drexel University, Kansas State, Penn State, and University of Texas at Austin. There are many other colleges that have an architectural engineering program, but the colleges listed above are more well known for their program in the engineering field.
The following schools were ranked the best Civil Engineering schools this year; University of California, University of Illinois, Stanford, University of Texas Austin and Georgia Institute of Technology. Completing the list are MIT, Purdue, University of Michigan, Cornell and Carnegie Mellon University.

It all depends on your GPA and the program that you want to major in. If you want to major in engineering, business or architecture you will need a high GPA. Try doing community service and other extra curricular activities, it might help you out if you decide to apply.
