HD4330 is a better card as it is from ATI's new series of cards. This new series is exceptionally better performing then its previous generation Graphic Cards.

the ati radeon HD3200 would be a better card because it is in the form of a PCIe slot whitch allows better communication. the mobility is good for laptops and such because they do not have a way to upgrade the video card but the 3200 is better because your computer can get more from it.

The ATI Radeon 7200 is a older video card and such doesn't have the newer features of the Mobility. If your looking for a good but not too expensive video card and think that the Mobility is too pricey, Newegg.com has a great selection and the ship within 3-5 business days.

Most liekly, I have an old NVIDIA 6150 running TF2 (although on an fps config). Although you may want to consider getting another video card if the 256mb of VRAM doesn't cut it.
