Yep. Under the car, about the middle of the car, on the drivers side, theres a metal cylinder looking thing that has a fuel line in each end. That's your fuel filter (out of the tank) that you want to replace. Simply undo the two fuel lines, unmount the old filter, and screw them into your new filter, and mount it. Probsably the simplest maintenance thing you can do.

Filter is about the size of baby food jar and black in color (mostly).

The fuel filter is on the passenger side of the engine compartment, near the rear. Remove the filter from the holder, and pull it up high enough to remove the fuel lines. Reconnect the fuel lines to the new filter.
