Wandering Albatross, 11 foot wingspan.

Ever? Quetzalcoatlus, from the late Cretaceous, had a 36 foot wingspan. Its head was eight feet long. When on the ground, it could look a T. Rex in the eye.

Also of note is Haast's Eagle, which had a wingspan of 10 feet and would prey on humans. It's been extinct for 600 years.
