The Motorola H500 Bluetooth headset was launched originally with 4 colors. However, was the availability of color kits, they are now available in a range of 14 colors.
I too have been looking for this answer and have found that the Motorola H500 is not compatible with the iPod Touch. A page from ipodtouchfans.com lists it as incompatible. http://www.ipodtouchfans.com/forums/showthread.php?t=201711
The Motorola H500 Bluetooth headset is compatible with any Bluetooth-enabled mobile phone. They must also support the use of headset and hands-free profiles.

Almost all bluetooths will work good with it, I recommend the H375, H500, BT125, or the actual PS3 Bluetooth Headset that comes with the SOCOM bundle for $50, so the game is practicaly $10.
