If it it shutting off because of the hissing, it is likely moisture getting at electronic parts and shorting them. The hissing would be caused by cold water contacting hot engine parts. If the hissing is only heard after YOU shut off the car, it is likely a small leak in a vacuum hose. These are usually easily fixed.

I think you mean tinnitus which is a ringing in the ears. Some people even have high pitched whinning, buzzing, hissing or whistling. Tinnitus is a side effect of some oral medications and also from wax build up and ear infections.
The speaker could be buzzing for a couple of reasons. If the signal from the radio is causing the buzz then you may have to replace the radio. If the speaker cone is the cause of the noise, then the speaker will need to be replaced.
