If the bagel is symmetrical, i.e. a torus or a fat ring, then the CG is in

the center of the hole. This is the reason that no matter how carefully

you spread, the cream cheese is strongly attracted to the hole, and falls out.

If the bagel is symmetrical, then the CG is in the center of the hole,

just as it is for any other torus or ring.

The center of gravity of a Bagel is simply in the hole ring. This is because if you divide the bagel in half, the right half of the bagel is the same distance away from the hole ring as the other half!
