It depends on the antacid as there are different types. Here are some common ones:

Sodium bicarbonate and potassium bicarbonate: NaHCO3 and KHCO3

Calcium carbonate: CaCO3

Magnesium hydroxide: Mg(OH)2

Aluminum hydroxide: Al(OH)3

"Antacid" is a class, not any one specific chemical. The most common liquid ones are suspensions of magnesium and/or aluminum oxides, and the most common solid ones are carbonates and/or bicarbonates of strong bases such as sodium and calcium hydroxides. There are also many more complex ones.

There are different active ingredients. Sodium hydrogen carbonate is NaHCO3.

Aluminium hydroxide is Al(OH)3. Calcium carbonate is CaCO3. Magnesium carbonate is MgCO3. Magnesium hydroxide is Mg(OH)2.

Remember that the numbers in the formulae should be subscripts.
